The deaths and injuries were the direct result of your "MANAGEMENT CULTURE", an IGNORANCE towards safety beyond belief. Luckily for YOU, nobody cares, nobody will and more deaths are inevitable.
I lost everything through these despicable individuals and their actions, it may be 2023 but I am more determined than ever to get justice, even if it takes to 2050 I will never stop in my pursuit of JUSTICE.

What this website will clearly show, is a group of people falling over each other to deliver the fatal blow. I will show that everything they did was made to fit, they made so many mistakes which I will highlight at every stage. The charges against me could not possibly amount to Gross Misconduct and also could not possibly have come from their (Stephen Percival`s) investigation. This was without a shadow of doubt a major orchestrated conspiracy against me.
This is an open invite to individuals who have Employment Law knowledge, I have no doubt whatsoever that if the contents of this website are evaluated, because everything that I am saying is the truth and I have the evidence to back this up. Also because of the total sham of an employment tribunal where I was not allowed to read out my witness statement and the way I was treated in trying to get an appeal there must be another avenue open to me in my pursuit of justice.
Do I have some hope from the Human Rights Act? In that I was not allowed to give my side of the story, especially as you will see, my witness statement totally contradicted Judge Burton`s written reasons. Is it possible to take these people on individually? Whatever happens, I will never give up until my side of this is finally heard and acted upon. How can 2 Senior Managers get away with PERJURY?
