Concerns: September 2013
The following 2 pages are the concerns of a current member of TPE staff, this letter will be of special interest to the shareholders of First Group, it highlights the usual breakdown in communications, which I have proven on this website is in all area`s where communication is vital.
"How long before it all goes horribly wrong"? "Before it is a major incident investigation". The brutal and honest truth is that both these sentences have already become reality, Summit Tunnel, Stalybridge, Newcastle, what we all have to worry about is this sentence, "How long before a death or multiple deaths"?
Ironically this is not me for once trying to bring serious safety concerns into the open, in an obvious attempt to get someone to listen, this is from a present employee.
This employee is clearly frightened to air their views to TPE management, that they have to resort to other measures, similar to myself, I just hope that TPE do not find out who this person is, because they will be dismissed. COMMUNICATION! A much needed resource which is vital to the running of a train operating company, a simple tool to implement, yet for this management evidently a step too far.
How much longer can Senior management obviously at Board level sit back and do absolutely nothing? After all, I have given them this website that shows beyond any reasonable doubt how this TPE management have blatantly IGNORED safety concerns for years, their only weapon of choice being to dismiss me, but for what? You all know it wasn't for the events of that January morning.
What I have displayed on this site if fabricated would take one hell of a mind to make this up, that is why I can proudly state, everything shown and stated is the truth and I will say it again, the questions that I have asked in certain sections on this website, put them in front of Atkinson, Cook, Watson, Percival and any others, because I know that they cannot answer them, the reason being they are all LIARS, hence DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS.
Thankfully one day, they will be the orchestrators of their own demise. It will be particularly interesting when they turn on each other!
"CRUDE ATTEMPT AT BRIBERY"
The only way to put a stop to this rabble of a managements attempts to IGNORE collective bargaining agreements is VOTE YES for INDUSTRIAL ACTION.
