At the time this email had been sent TPE had already stopped my wages, coincidence with what was said? Would Geoff Lee quite simply pluck this statement out of thin air? All of you out there that know Geoff Lee also know the truth. What Ged Higgins actually said can be seen in the interview minutes with Geoff Lee.

NOTES OF INVESTIGATORY INTERVIEW WITH GEOFF LEE HELD AT TANNER ROW ON 14th JULY 2009
Who do you believe? Would Geoff Lee in your mind make this up? Geoff Lee is not the type of person to fabricate this, what would he have to gain from doing such a thing? Ged Higgins definitely told Geoff Lee that TPE were stopping my wages and going to dismiss me because this is what Ged Higgins heard in the course of his duty within TPE management.
Geoff Lee never signed these minutes off as being correct (email proof will follow) and they read as if pieces have been missed out, indeed the ending is so abrupt, something is missing. I had to email Geoff my copy because he never received them, why do you think TPE never sent them to Geoff? Notice that none of the pages are numbered.

NOTES OF INVESTIGATORY INTERVIEW WITH GED HIGGINS HELD AT BRIDGEWATER HOUSE 24TH JULY 2009
This whole interview stinks, it is evident as this interview unfolds that pieces are missing and that the main reason Ged Higgins is being interviewed is lost as Mark Atkinson asks totally unrelated questions. You only have to read the part where Mark Atkinson states, " You said he's not a good driver", there is nowhere before this comment that Ged Higgins even implies that Geoff Lee is not a good driver.
Ged Higgins is clearly aware that discussions within the office and emails had been circulating about me otherwise why else would he make the statement, "Nothing, I'm not party to any discussions or emails".
You really have to question Ged Higgins ability to manage drivers if within the space of literally seconds Geoff Lee goes from a not a good driver to "good he's safe". Again Ged Higgins then talks about totally unrelated issues prompted by Mark Atkinson, the incidents that are mentioned once again show what a diabolical state this management are in. Driver's are at loggerheads with this management and there is also turmoil within their own ranks, constant back stabbing! Exactly the same as the Driver management team in Manchester as shown in the section "Bullying Management". All under the direct control of the chief bully Barry Cook.
The ending of this interview is unbelievably abrupt exactly the same as Geoff Lee's interview, obviously again, pieces are missing. You will see what I mean later in Geoff Ackerman's email to me.

IAN HUMPHREYS REPORT ON THE INTERVIEWS WITH GEOFF LEE & GED HIGGINS
NOTE: I lost my appeal on the 7th September 2009, this report is dated 28th October 2009.
According to TPE (in the minutes) during the interview with Geoff Lee, his off the record statement was, as below.
Above is the "off record" statement as spoken on the day and confirmed to me by Geoff. Driver Geoff Lee did not change this as suggested by Ian Humphreys, this was said on the day Geoff was interviewed. It does not matter in the least who instigated the cab conversation that these two men had, you make your own mind up, clearly one of these men is a BLATANT LIAR, from what I have shown above anyone reading this can see the LIAR is GED HIGGINS with IAN HUMPHREYS attempting to cover this up.
One other thing to note, if the conversation was "heated", then this mean's that the driver's concentration would obviously have been affected and any proper manager would never have allowed this to happen, a basic risk assessment would show this. Did I just mention "Risk Assessment"! Sorry for the swear word.

"I said two people made two different statements I don't particularly believe either of them and that's a fact". So Paul Watson see's them both as LIARS!

The above email is dated 28th January 2010, yet the investigation into what Ged Higgins told Geoff Lee is still ongoing, this was extremely relevant to my case and should have been finished before my appeal hearing. You can all see why TPE couldn't allow this to happen. I said that the interviews had cut and paste minutes and pieces missing, Geoff says "there were another 5 pages of that statement".
I find it so hard to believe that Ged Higgins as a manager who supposedly assesses drivers freely admits that he would never drive a train in the "slippy" season or in "fog", all I can say is what an example this sets, but then again what do you expect from TPE & First Group management. LEAD BY EXAMPLE? WHAT A JOKE!
Ged Higgins taken to a grievance stage 3 and warned of his future conduct suggests one thing, TPE are admitting this man is a LIAR!
