Ian Foster
Ian Foster was another driver to be discarded like a piece of waste paper. Did he deserve to lose his job on capability grounds? I looked into the incident he had, and submitted a report on it, on face value, everyone was quick to criticise Ian, but look deeper. I will show you all that this man was a victim of circumstances that were completely avoidable.

NOTE: After Ian Carver's incident, the reversing of a train should have been thoroughly reviewed, control measures should have been put in place. There is also a question of EQUITY. How can one driver lose his job and another keeps theirs for the same offence?
TPE management being the ruthless bullies that they are have only one style of management which is evident throughout this entire site, they put driver's to the sword for any reason possible.
NOTE: For those of you who didn't know, Network Rail failed to produce the voice tapes from this incident, yet TPE never challenged this, the reason is obvious, they knew the fate of Ian Foster before his hearing!
NOTE: Cullen Report, Hidden Report, it makes absolutely no difference whatsoever, this company, this management have only one goal, that is to run trains at all costs. They IGNORE everyone and get away with it, because in this country nobody cares. Health and Safety is a joke, no matter what industry, it means nothing.
There was clearly lesson's to be learnt, was I the only person that could see this? TPE management as usual interpret the rule book their way and use it as a weapon, the weapon of dismissal.
Let's not forget that LIAR Mark Atkinson said in his witness statement, this for a partial failure of the warning horn, "The train remained in service, when it should have been removed". One of many lie's.
Ian Foster's only crime was being slightly eccentric, everyone took the p**s out of him because he was a train spotter, he was openly ridiculed by driver management, the same way that Nigel Smith was for his supposed lifestyle and the stigma attached to his nickname of "nervous".
There will be some of you out there that even now laugh at the demise of individuals like this, but have you ever thought this, what eyes do management see you through?
Then there was the shocking way that Lisa Dunstall was dismissed, you might have all heard certain rumours, but I know the truth with documentation to back it up! Lisa is still fighting, so the documentation will have to wait, it might however open a few eyes!
Unions! You should all be ashamed at allowing this, my personal thoughts are quite simply, you don't want to upset anyone, you want an easy life and the only thing on your mind's is your pension pot, nothing else.
