Information Received (2) (My Points of View)
It should be me thanking this individual for their information, "those people that fear you", all 9 of them, Mark Atkinson, Barry Cook, Paul Watson, Charlotte Mayne, Stephen Percival, Vernon Barker, Andrew Steele, Peter Turpin and Ged Higgins. Some of these have far more than others to worry about, if you can look in the mirror and say to yourself, "I am not a LIAR", then you have nothing to worry about. The only problem you have is that this website uses evidence to prove you are all LIARS, which believe me is going to be your downfall.
I do care passionately about the rail industry and would love to be back driving trains, I applied to every rail operating company in this country for a drivers job, only one had the decency to respond and one of their managers explained to me that TPE have "black-balled you". It is hardly surprising when you look at Charlotte (Pears) Mayne`s response to my request about a reference below.

This is the main reason why rail disasters happen, IGNORANCE at the highest level, individuals taking large amounts of money for doing absolutely NOTHING. You only have to look at my correspondence with those named above, NOBODY but NOBODY gives a damn. This is why TPE do as they please.
You would think that your union would do something about this, yet with what I know with evidence to back me up (as is always the case) it all depends who you are and what your gripe is, to whether you are taken seriously, very sadly not the union I used to know and served for many years.

I have a lifetime degree in IGNORANCE, being on the TPE receiving end of this weapon just about everyday while working for them. This whole website is my evidence and I say once again, "IF ANY PART OF THIS WEBSITE IS A LIE THEN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT". The reason why this site is still going and will continue is because it is the TRUTH.
The likes of these individuals are all blissfully happy with their IGNORANCE, it is a TPE (First Group) Trademark. I do have information received from Driver`s of other First Group train operating companies that I will eventually display. (Some extremely shocking).
If you dare stand up to this regime they will find a way to dismiss you, it is a no win situation, you will be dismissed. Their vindictiveness runs deep, they get immense pleasure at a persons demise. I however will eventually sample that pleasure.

"Their own little cliques", "their own little empires", Barry Cook the Chief orchestrator quite simply surrounds himself in his cocoon of henchmen, they are his servants, anyone who speaks out or is for instance the wrong colour is picked upon and forced into a corner, eventually being demoted or dismissed. I know what Naz Chikhalia went through, yet with pride and dignity he keeps himself very much out of the limelight. I didn`t know Malcolm Sabin or Dave Connolly but have heard good words said, obviously too good, hence their demise.
Sadly there is always going to be a driver like me, someone who could not stand back and keep quiet, someone who stands up for theirs and others rights. There will also be drivers who are eccentric in certain ways or homosexual, women drivers and drivers who are a different colour, therefore there will always be drivers dismissed by this bullying regime.
"But in reality, the real divisions, lie in their own little clique", "If only they knew how willing some of their "mates" are to stab them in the back and confide in certain drivers", "If only they knew how many double agents there are". Barry Cook has a major problem, it is the ambition of his henchmen, mates when all together, daggers drawn when alone. What happens when Cook feels threatened? Cook started the hornets nest, each hornet has a sting in its tail, they know too much, and when they themselves feel threatened this is their defence mechanism. I have had it on good authority that Cook would dearly love to dismiss Ged Higgins, personally I think it is wrong because Ged Higgins is only a victim of the circumstances, the reason why Cook will not dismiss is because Ged Higgins knows too much. But it will only take one person to talk when their necks are on the line and the rest will squeal like pigs.

Paul Watson, definitely out of his depth, pompous and arrogant, full of his own self importance, but believe me, I am going to have the last say! This man struggled in my appeal to find anything of substance to dismiss me, that is why my appeal lasted over 9 hours, because we could counter anything he tried to throw at us, so much so that all he could say was, "I’ve decided to uphold the original decision”. This is despite the fact that Mark Atkinson supposedly found me guilty of something that never came from the investigation report, "failing to follow procedure for reporting a defective warning horn"! Not a partial failure or a complete failure just a "defective warning horn".
Watson quite simply knows what Cook and Atkinson are like, this gives him something to hide behind, but the sting in the tail will be when he fears for his job and they become the scapegoats. Watch this space!

A small paragraph but immense meaning for me. Especially in light of Route driver Manager Mark Atkinson's understanding of the Rule Book and TPE Contingency Plans.
I had a "partially defective warning horn" that started functioning correctly on arrival in York, furthermore the set was terminated and the train was driven from the other cab when leaving York.
Extracts (Lie`s) from the Witness statement of Route Driver Manager Mark Atkinson
3 "On 14 January 2009, the Company's maintenance staff discovered a repair slip in the repair book, in the Driver's cab of the train driven that day by Perry Webb, listing the details of three train defects. The defects related to a defective warning horn, the Driver's cab side wiper and the Driver's cab side door drop down window. The slip also made a report of a near miss incident involving track workers not being given adequate warning from the train due to the faulty horn. The slip had been incorrectly completed as the reporter had omitted to include their details. The train remained in service, when it should have been removed, and was driven by numerous Drivers prior to it returning to the depot and the defect slip being found. There is no obligation on Drivers to check the repair book on the trains they are driving and as such the other Drivers were unaware of these defects.
8.1 “on Wednesday 14 January you failed to follow the correct procedure for reporting a defective warning horn”;
1. “You didn`t stop and report it at the controlling signaler”.
3. “At no point did you reduce the train speed”.
18 In relation to charge one, I expanded that Mr Webb's failures in reporting the horn defect were that as per the Rule Book:
18.3 he did not reduce speed;
19 In relation to charge two (the near miss incident), I stated that:
19.1 he had failed to follow the correct procedure for reporting which resulted in the train not being taken out of service immediately;
20.2 he did not stop and report the safety defects correctly;
20.3 he did not inform the company's control/the signal box or controlling signal;
20.5 he allowed a train to remain in service, as a result of his above failures, with an allegedly faulty warning horn, wipers, window and excessive Driver cab noise.
22.1 the full warning horn failure was as a result of low temperatures that day. Mr Webb suggested that the failure was caused by the weather and that as he could see that the weather was clearing up it would not have affected the train and therefore did not need reporting;
For those reading this and do not work in the rail industry I will post what the Rule Book states and TPE Contingency Plans below.

Notice the BLATANT LIE`S, and the fact that Mark Atkinson describes the warning horn as "defective" and then says the "full warning horn failure", he was a COMPULSIVE LIAR WHO COMMITTED PERJURY.
The "old chums" act is the only way they can stay in their positions, an outsider would be a threat.
"Fail to call incidents" and "SPADS", are a pre-cursor to something bigger, this company at the highest level know how these managers behave and elect to sit back and do nothing.
