They should do this as soon as they become aware of the problem".
Yet again with everything that is on this website, can anyone answer why the following statement is a complete fabrication, "Subject to giving reasonable notice to the local manager, the safety representative shall be entitled to inspect and take copies of any document
relevant to the workplace of those he/she represents".
Yet again,(again), with everything that is on this website, can anyone answer why the following statement is a complete fabrication, "Libraries of information for safety representatives will be provided and maintained by local managers, allowing access by the safety representatives
as required. Subject to local availability management will provide safety representatives with accommodation and office furniture as necessary including access to telephone, word processor, photocopier and notice boards".
And another, Yet again, (again), with everything that is on this website, can anyone answer why the following statement is a complete fabrication, "Safety representatives will be given time off with pay in accordance with the regulations. (ii) To attend such courses on health and safety at work matters related to their functions as are agreed to be necessary by the parties to this agreement".
Why do you think that you should be awarded any further franchises when you run TPE with a climate of fear caused by bullying and have a bunch of managers that are PROVEN LIARS.
