Will misdemeanour’s such as, 1. openly ridiculing drivers under his control, 2. wrongly accusing a driver of lying about an incident, 3. arguing with a rail incident officer, 4. driving trains from a maintenance depot without carrying out the mandatory safety checks, be looked into.
Is it right that managers are allowed to compromise laid down agreements and drive trains outside their remit?
How can manager Andrew Steele be allowed to cover up his own speeding offence?
How can Andrew Steele be allowed to manage when drivers find him, argumentative, unhelpful and unsympathetic?
Will you look into thoroughly the reasons why drivers cannot confide in their immediate management?
Why would Mark Atkinson be allowed to humiliate a driver into writing an apology for his actions and then posting it for everyone to see?
Do you think this is acceptable behaviour from a senior manager?
What is the difference between failing to report a partial failure of the warning horn and failing to report a TPWS activation?
Which of the above 2 reporting failures is the worst offence?
Why would one driver get dismissal and the other keep their job?
Do your managers understand or promote equity?
Will managers Atkinson & Oates be investigated for their collusion in the events that happened concerning driver Cath Carroll.
Are there different rules within TPE for the conduct of drivers and managers?

As the head butt was at an awards ceremony, is this not a case of bringing the company into disrepute?
Why are senior management such as Paul Watson and Nick Donovan oblivious to the actions and behaviour of their management?

"an organisation with low morale and self esteem among staff".
"a company that lacks managers with the credentials to tackle serious issues".
"a company where no trust or respect exists between the drivers grade, and indeed other grades and their management".
"corners are constantly being slashed, not cut".
"driver management have a total disregard for the safety principles".
"they are lazy and arrogant".
"spending little or no time out and actually managing their workforce".
"they want to be home and in the house every day at 4pm".
"their managers know it goes on"?
