TPE SPAD STRATEGY BOOKLET 2005 - 2010
When this SPAD Strategy Booklet came out around August 2006, I looked through it in total dismay, this is a good example of how a company make themselves look good. It starts with a glossy publication which looks and reads really well, but underneath lurks the truth, it is nothing but PROPAGANDA as I will show with a copy of my report on this publication which was handed in to management and as always IGNORED.
Here are extracts from the TPE SPAD STRATEGY BOOKLET 2005 - 2010, followed by my response.

If you were management and you received this scathing report, what would you do? We all know what TPE Management, namely manager's Turpin, Steele & Cook did, something they do the best, IGNORE it. The only reason for this IGNORANCE is that it was the truth. Driver's like Nigel Smith were demoted because of this IGNORANCE.
Reading this TPE PROPAGANDA promoting themselves as safety conscious and then reading what Naz Chikhalia wrote in his letter regarding the cab environment (below) should explain everything you need to know.

Is there any wonder Nigel Smith had a SPAD?
