All of these repair slips show that either the LOW TONE or the HIGH TONE of the warning horn does not work. Meaning the unit has a partial failure of the warning horn, how many Drivers reported this to TPE Control? How many were removed from service as Route Driver Manager Mark Atkinson thinks and states should happen?
These repair slips prove beyond any doubt whatsoever that TPE DO NOT REMOVE TRAINS FROM SERVICE for a partial failure of the warning horn.
Therefore even if I had of reported this partial failure as Mark Atkinson and Paul Watson wanted me to, that train would have stayed in service.
This also proves that "Gross Misconduct" for not reporting a partially defective warning horn is unbelievably excessive.
