This section will display some of the emails and information from the "contact me form" on this website. In places I have xxxxxxxx some information which I think may implicate the individual who supplied this information. (My thoughts will be added in RED)

Perry, hope you are well. You and I both know what a ruthless and unethical company TPE are. I am a Driver and am based in the North Region. I am more than happy to supply you with info on some of the shocking things that still go on in this company, 4 years after they destroyed your life and career, but you will appreciate that I have to protect my identity, and so am using an email address that doesn't disclose my name.
Things that go on are shocking in the extreme and I can assure that nothing has changed, if anything it has got worse, and believe me some big organisations, even ASLEF, are prepared to turn a blind eye. Some ASLEF guys are passionate, work hard and care bout the members, but the higher you go, the more corrupt it is!
I am genuine and would not piss you about. I have a dossier that I sent to ORR, DfT, ASLEF, RSSB, and Panorama, and there are some shocking things in there, that I couldn't have possibly made up, because I am genuinely concerned, that the complete lack of decent management, WILL result in lives being lost, and I don't say that lightly. If you are interested, let me know, send me an address, it doesn't have to be yours (I appreciate that you have to protect yourself), it can be a PO Box or a friends address.
In my dossier I did namecheck your website, because at the time, I was taken in by these muppets and thought you were just bitter with an axe to grind. The more that you have revealed in your website, the more I realise that you were treated disgustingly, and the people that could have helped you, sat back and did nothing! Just to give you a snippet, that I am genuine, recently in the last few months, one of TPE's units was being driven to Scotland by a Freightliner Driver(they work a number of Scottish services from Carlisle to Scotland or Edinburgh), and at the time it was a service that technically this Driver shouldn't have been on, but due to no RestDay Agreement between Union and Company, this Driver was...The Driver had a TPWS Activation, and just reset and go, didn't contact the Signaller.
TPE allowed him to finish the journey, no DSM meeting him immediately, no Mediscreen. Completed the journey. TPE were confronted by the Union(or so ASLEF say) and fronted it out saying that it was up to Freightliner to sort the Driver out. But despite denying it, TPE have now put yellow notices on the 185 dashboard, telling Drivers that if they check the TPWS and have a Brake Demand Light illuminated, they MUST NOT MOVE, AND CONTACT THE SIGNALLER IMMEDIATELY! Does that stink of guilt or what!
That Freightliner Driver obviously wasn't trained properly on Driving Passenger Trains, because in the Freight Industry, apparently to "Reset and Go" is a common occurence. One further thing, those Scottish services carry a huge amount of passengers! the consequences could have been catastrophic, and this occured in a week that the ORR were in Bridgewater House, grilling TPE about a SPAD on the Cleethorpes route! You couldn't make it up! Anyway mate, i am just someone who cares, please trust me, and please keep my email address safe.
For a driver to come along and say that 4 years after they got rid of me things are actually worse than when I was there is actually not that unbelievable to me, as I witnessed first hand their IGNORANCE and behaviour towards health & safety. Quite why ASLEF are still prepared to turn the proverbial "blind eye" is totally beyond me.

The following statement really is a failure at the highest level, "I am genuinely concerned, that the complete lack of decent management, WILL result in lives being lost, and I don't say that lightly". The reason that this was thought was down to what managers were telling the drivers even after I was dismissed, but as I have proved beyond any doubt, I did not deserve to be dismissed for the events of that January morning, everyone knows the truth, I was dismissed because I stood up to the bullies, I was dismissed because you couldn`t answer my reports on safety related issues, to the point where you decided it would be easier to get rid of me.

There was many individuals that could have helped me, they struggle to look me in the face, they know who they are, and one thing is for sure, they are certainly not trade unionists no matter how many badges they wear.

Compare this to what I supposedly did, is there any real comparison? Which was the worst misdemeanor? What does EQUITY mean to this management? Where was this drivers charge of gross misconduct?

Yet why did it take this long to put these yellow notices in the cab? I have evidence of drivers doing the same years before!
Why, time and time again does this management fail to learn from previous driver mistakes?

I know the solicitor and know deals are done between unions and companies to rid themselves of troublesome employees/members other TOCs use the same solicitor/company.
This does not surprise me one little bit.

Nice work Perry, although I must admit that when i did a google search on my name and this poped up it shocked me. If possible can you remove xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Pity you havent got any notes on what TPE say to other TOC's as I havent been able to get another job on the railway since I left and most interviews seem to dwell on my relationship with Atkinson All the best xxxxxxxxxx.
One word, BLACKBALLED, as I was informed by a manager from a different train operating company when I applied to them.

Perry after having read your website ive come to the conclusion you have been wrongly sacked im not an expert but i do think your state of mind at the time should have been taken into account. Please dont take this wrongly but i do think you should have been offered help and possibly still need help.
As for contacting you confidentially i dont think many would come forward after geoffs episode i also dont think xxxxxx xxxxxx should be called into question. Also xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. As for the fuel point entrapment (which is the item that pointed me to mental problems) i read that situation totally different. I dont think im in the minority but im not too happy having my name appear on your website. As for the feeling at work people are saying much the same as stated in this email. Dont know what tpe response is but i suspect they are just ignoring the site.hope things turn out ok for you in the future.
I know what the common consensus of opinion is, exactly what is said in that first paragraph. Geoffs episode relates to what was said in the cab when Ged Higgins rode with him, all I have to say on this is read my sections on Ged Higgins and remember the outcome of the stage 3 grievance against him.
I know that this individual reads my section on entrapment differently to me, that is his opinion and I value it. I know that some drivers names appear on this site, but there is no intention to do them any harm or put them in danger from TPE management.
