Concerns: November 2013
The following information is what I recently received. How low indeed can not only a company stoop, but what about the individuals themselves? You will all meet your judge one day, personally I hope that judge is me.
"When you have a group of people that are above the law, then you have a dangerous mix of ruthlessness and recklessness". They are only above the law because employees and unions allow them to be, employees allow them to be through fear, I don't know what excuse the unions could possibly have. The law however changes from time to time unlike these individuals who have gone too far to change. I like the phrase, "ruthlessness and recklessness", that very phrase is apparent all over this website, they are ruthless to the extent it has blinded their vision to see that they are reckless. The truth is as I have always maintained, they are totally unqualified for their positions, anyone who dares to confront them is attacked, especially if you challenge them on health and safety issues.
"The company are currently 3000+ hours behind in TRAINING NEEDS"! Who the hell ever gave a damn from this backward management regarding TRAINING? "The management are shambolic, disorganised and totally out of their depth". So nothing changes, it is exactly the same now as it was from 2004.
"These abysmal managers allowed to run riot and destroy what was good about the franchise and peoples lives", you have to ask the question, where does this behaviour stem from?
There are only two possible answers:
1. From the very top. Chief Executive Tim O'Toole or,
2. From the Managing Director Nick Donovan and previous MD Vernon Barker.
What I fail to understand is what have O'Toole and Donovan to possibly gain from this? They must be aware of how these individuals behave, my website is the utmost proof that Watson, Atkinson and Cook totally IGNORE SAFETY related issues, their henchmen Percival and Steele install fear and promote this IGNORANCE, Mayne and Higgins are just backward lapdogs that are in too deep and have to go along with it.
I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever that I will be proved right eventually, there will be a major incident and people will be hurt or killed which could have been totally preventable, this website already informs you of the near misses where you only had LUCK to rely upon. I have always said, you are playing Russian roulette and inevitably you will get the bullet.

"Your Voice", there has never been one survey that has had anything decent to promote about employee relations, year after year the management have nothing to take from this survey to suggest they can actually manage. Yet the very same stale, stagnant and clueless management are left in charge, what will it take for this company to face up to REALITY?
