QUICK UPDATE: 24th October 2013, the attempt by those nine managers concerned to discredit me HAS FAILED, I do not have to answer allegations of harassment or stalking, the CPS have said there is no case to answer.

Firstly, sorry to put you gentleman in the spotlight.
There is absolutely no doubting that you are all extremely intelligent men, so before I explain this website to you all, if you have read through all the sections on here, then I am sure you must be thinking, how the hell can this individual get away with these preposterous allegations?
If I was on the Board of a Company like yourselves, I would have expected Route Driver Manager Mark Atkinson and the Operations Director Paul Watson that were accused of LIES and PERJURY to stand up for themselves and vigorously fight the allegation. I would have expected at the very least, they would have attempted to get my website closed down.
So why do you think that they haven`t defended themselves? The reason being, they cannot deny anything at all that I have posted on this website, because all of it is true and my evidence backs this up, as you can see.
So where does this leave you gentlemen?
Quite simply you have 2 options:-
OPTION No 1: Do exactly as your TPE Management have done and
IGNORE what the contents of this website state.
OPTION No 2: INVESTIGATE MY CLAIMS.
There is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that the decision to dismiss me had nothing to do with the events of the 14th January 2009. I have still got numerous issues to raise, all with documentation to verify what I have to say is the truth, that is why, I once again CHALLENGE anyone of TPE Management to stand up and say I am a liar.
Because that is the only way that you can discredit me, I have nothing to hide and plenty more information to show the world on your disgusting behaviour and disregard for safety.
If you do IGNORE me then you will have to take some responsibility for the eventual outcome and possibly be held partly responsible for any injury or death that might arise from many issues that I have raised, some not even on this website, it is in your hands.
I could point out sections to look at, but they are all relevant, I would say reading my hearing minutes while listening to the audio tape would give you a good insight into Route Driver Manager Mark Atkinson`s behaviour and IGNORANCE.
Please don't forget, you as individual members of this Board have
to remember that you also have a responsibility for the safety of workers and members of the public. SAFETY was something I tried to sustain to the highest level, I took my responsibility seriously, yet this value cost me my job! The proof of which is this entire site.

Since 2006 Lost Time Injuries and passenger injuries are down by approximately 50%. Nonetheless, during the year, four of our employees were tragically killed as a result of accidents at work. While our thoughts are with their families, friends and colleagues these terrible tragedies remind us that there is nothing more important than the safety of our staff and our customers. We remain relentless in the pursuit of our goal to eliminate workplace accidents and injuries".

You all now run the risk of Corporate Manslaughter should any issue that causes DEATH happen at any First Group Company because I have clearly warned all of you that the supposed safety culture in TransPennine Express may well be the same in any of your other companies.
SUMMIT TUNNEL NEARLY RESULTED IN MANY DEATHS, IT WAS COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE, WHY TRUST TO LUCK? Stalybridge Incident & Newcastle Station, two more serious situations that could easily have led to deaths, all three were completely avoidable.
Although, hopefully you will now thoroughly investigate my claims as of the 16th May 2013. Thank you.

I did not deserve to be dismissed for standing up to a group of IGNORANT BULLIES, all I strived for was to make the railway a safer place for everyone. I strived for what I believed was a First Group priority, "Safety Comes First".

to remain in service with complete failures of the warning horn for days which turned into months and then years.
Someone had to make a stand, that is all I am guilty of, yet instead of working with me, talking to me, I faced a wall off IGNORANCE, can you honestly say to yourselves that this is right?
I detest IGNORANCE that is why I responded in the way I did, no matter who you are, you can only take so much before you erupt, I personally think that 6 years of this constant rudeness and IGNORANCE is long enough for anyone, I wouldn't, didn't and never have been IGNORANT to anyone in my life.

I sincerely hope that one day in the future, I do not have to say to you, "I told you this would happen", how you treat my allegations is completely up to you, the foundations and building blocks for this individual company are in your hands and so are the lives of many people.

There is absolutely no way that these individuals could answer these questions truthfully, if you don't believe me, just ask them.

Scenario: We have a Driver and a Driver Manager from the same depot, they have both been told, should your paths cross, you both walk the other way!
This should never be allowed and I am not going to explain why. Why did it get this bad in the first place that a working relationship disintegrates so badly? The answer is because one of these individuals is a LIAR, you all know who I mean, yes, Ged Higgins and you all know why.
Every single member of this Board of Directors must realise that the day it does "go wrong", the evidence on this website will be crucial no matter what incident or accident occurs, because the evidence on this website gives an in depth insight into the behaviour of certain members of this management. It uses your own documentation, nothing is stated out of hearsay, the near misses that potentially could have killed scores of people and the inability of your management to actually realise this should have alarm bells ringing in your heads.
You must also realise that when it does "go wrong", it could be through another TOC, but the responsibility will lie with TPE especially if whatever incident occurs was preventable because I brought it to your managements attention only to be IGNORNED.
If any person is injured or killed anywhere in this country by a train that has a partial failure of the warning horn, the responsibility will lie with TPE management.
Remember, I still retain hundreds of reports on many different issues regarding safety, never forget, "Summit Tunnel" was as close a shave as you will ever have, what happens next time?
